Develop practical majors.

Increase the proportion of faculty members at the assistant professor level and
above to 92%.
3. Curriculum
Innovate course content and teaching methods to improve student learning
outcomes.
4. Tutoring
Strengthen corporate internships and industry-education collaborations.
Strengthen student after-school learning and certification exam preparation.
5. Research
We will collaborate across colleges and departments, holding regular academic
  seminars annually to strengthen the research capabilities of faculty and students.
We will encourage faculty to apply for special research projects from the Ministry
of Science and Technology, with the number of grants and awards expected to
  increase by approximately 10% annually.
We will encourage faculty to apply for industry-university research projects to
  secure more research resources for the college.
We will integrate departmental resources to actively participate in regional
economic development and business development, raising the research standards
of the entire college.

We will continue to implement and promote academic exchange activities.
